How the Referral Programme Works
As an existing host family in good standing, you have the opportunity to sponsor another family to join Anglotec Academy's network of host families. It's a wonderful way to share the rewarding experience of welcoming international students into your community.
£120 Voucher
Receive a £120 Amazon gift voucher for each successful referral
Max 2 per Year
Earn up to £240 per year with a maximum of two referrals
Full Vetting
Referred families undergo DBS checks, home inspection & more
Up to 4 Weeks
The vetting process typically takes up to four weeks to complete

Reward Summary
Vouchers are issued only after the referred family passes all vetting checks. This process can take up to 4 weeks.
What the New Host Family Must Pass
Every referred family undergoes a thorough vetting process to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students.
Application Review
Days 1–3We review the referral and contact the new host family to begin the application process.
DBS Check
Days 3–14All adult household members must pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Home Safety & Safeguarding
Days 14–21A thorough home inspection ensures the property meets safety standards, fire regulations, and safeguarding requirements for hosting international students.
Proximity & Convenience
Days 21–28We assess the home's proximity to the academy and local transport links to ensure student convenience.
Approval & Voucher
Up to 4 weeks totalOnce all checks are passed, the new host family is approved and the sponsor receives their £120 Amazon gift voucher by email.
